On Friday 2 October 2026, UNI Paris invites you to celebrate its first anniversary at 10 Rue de la Trémoille, in the heart of the Golden Triangle. The evening will feature seasonal sea urchin creations, our new cocktail menu, a DJ set and surprises from the chef and team, alongside our regular menu.
Whether you have dined with us before or are discovering UNI for the first time, everyone is welcome. Reservations are required and subject to availability.

For this anniversary, chef Dmytro Pak and his team are preparing special creations featuring uni, the Japanese name for the edible part of sea urchin.
These seasonal specials will complement our regular menu, offering a chance to discover new expressions of UNI’s contemporary Japanese cuisine, whether you are a regular guest or visiting for the first time.
The chef also has a surprise in store for our guests. We’ll leave you to discover it on the evening.
The dinner will also be an opportunity to introduce our new cocktail menu.
Begin the evening with a drink, explore the chef’s specials and enjoy dinner accompanied by a DJ set. Our team has a few surprises planned to celebrate this first year.
Our regular menu will remain available throughout the evening, alongside the anniversary creations.
There is no compulsory tasting menu or anniversary package. You can choose your dishes and drinks freely and enjoy dinner your way.
This is a paid dinner, with dishes and drinks charged individually according to your order, rather than a complimentary cocktail reception.
