
Our lunch menu in Paris 8 is designed as a beautifully balanced set experience, inviting you to enjoy highlights from our Japanese menu with starter, main course and dessert.
Each dish highlights fresh ingredients, refined techniques and UNI’s signature touch from our international chef in Paris.
Perfect for business lunches or slow afternoons, our set menu highlights include a Seaweed or Mizuna Salad to start, followed by Sushi Roll or Handroll and Nigiri. For the main course, choose between the Beef short rib Kakuni style or Gilthead Seabream. Dessert is a decadent Chocolate Tart or sweet Mochi.
A reduced à la carte selection is also available at lunchtime, featuring a curated choice of UNI favourites.
